Laura McMillan is an Executive Energy Coach, business strategist, speaker, and creator of Land the Thing, an identity-first approach to creating what you want next.

After decades helping businesses grow through sales, marketing, revenue strategy, and leadership, Laura came to understand that strategy alone doesn’t create transformation. The person executing the strategy matters just as much.

Today, she helps leaders, individuals, and organizations create from the inside out by bringing together professional coaching, identity work, energetic alignment, universal principles, and practical business strategy.

Her work starts with the person behind the vision. Laura helps clients uncover the inherited beliefs, conditioning, fears, and identities that may be influencing what they believe is possible. Then she helps them align who they are being with what they want to create, and turn that alignment into decisive, practical action.

Her philosophy is simple:

You can’t strategy your way out of an identity problem, and you can’t energy your way out of an action problem.
